Simple way to save energy
Very pleased with this product. I put one in my office and one in my bedroom (both on the same floor in my home). Product is very easy to "install" - just plug it in the wall. The remote can be used without problems from my room to power off my computer, etc. in the office and my tv setup in my room. Much easier than remembering to turn off power to your strips when you shut down for the evening.

If you have a DVR, just remember to plug that directly into the wall, not using this product because shows will obviously not record if there is no power to the box.
Overall, a product that works as intended, at a very low cost.

Works great in kids rooms
I use these devices in my kids bedrooms works great turn power off to all there electronics when they walk out the door and also at night when they are suppose to be going to sleep and sneak electronics.

These are great!
I love this product! The DSL modem for my Mac is located in a different room. I joked to my husband that a remote for an electrical outlet is the ultimate bell and whistle for a guy. I was wrong...It's the ultimate convenience for me. I just press the "ON" button and I know all the equipment that was completely turned off (vampire loads, you know) fire right up and I'm good to go. Kudos!
